Chef Paul’s tantalizing culinary journey spans across various destinations, covering asian continent. With a drive to constantly strive for more, Chef Paul has transformed the shape of cuisine and cooking altogether through a glitzing career of over 35 years to date.
Passionate for cooking since a young age, the chef has been on a culinary adventure since 1983, that saw him serve along with the most sought after brands in the industry, ranging from the Taj Group of Hotels, Centaur Group to The Taj Mahal Restaurant- Sapporo, Japan, where his interest in Japanese and Oriental cuisine started. During the tenure as F&B manager, he was instrumental in kick-starting the Razzberry Rhinoceros – the Rock Bar and also Rhett & Scarlett, a continental specialty restaurant at Juhu Hotel.
Finally, moving on to starting his own venture in the year 2001, by the name of “FOODWORKS” which is a well recognized gastronomic services company in the luxury market for the past 20 years and counting.
